Access Group acquires Napoleon Perdis to expand its market

On April 11, 2019, Access Corporate Group (hereinafter referred to as Access Group) announced the final acquisition agreement with Napoleon Perdis, a leading cosmetics brand in Australia. Mr. Perdis, founder of Napoleon Perdis, and his wife, Ms. Soula, will continue their involvement as Creative Directors in the company, while Henry Lee, who is experienced in retail fashion and the financial industry, will take up the position of CEO in Napoleon Perdis after the acquisition. Access Group further expands its industry presence with this acquisition, expending from the existing skin care business to the makeup sector and towards more international markets including China. At the same time, Napoleon Perdis’s channel resources in Australia and New Zealand also provide more options for Access Group to expand its online and offline platforms.
